The TAM Resorts Group brand was born from the dream of 3 friends and partners who wanted to create a new and modern collection of boutique accommodation in the south of Gran Canaria. Their 10 years of experience in the tourism sector in Italy served as an impulse for them to decide that Spain would be their next step.
In 2014, the adventure began and, today, there are already three TAM Resorts Group establishments, each with a different and very particular style:

• Silvi Villas. It is a 5-star hotel, with a small amount of luxury villas, combining minimalist design and personalized attention from the moment of booking.
• Alhambra Boutique. These are apartments with an elegant design with Arabic ornamentation and an outdoor swimming pool, which simulates a beach, designed in the purest oasis style.
• Eden Meloneras. These are apartments with island architecture and subtropical gardens, which we could well call the scenery of the Eden Canario.

All three establishments have one strength in common: their location. They are only a few kilometers away from each other and located in the most popular and sought-after areas in the south of Gran Canaria.
In just a few years, this young chain has built up the loyalty of many of its clients, achieving a high percentage of repeat customers and an excellent online reputation.
