Frequently asked questions you may be asking yourself right now:

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 h and check-out is at 12:00 h.

How much does parking cost?
The price is 10 €/day and on request. We suggest that you book in advance.

Where is the car parking?
It is in front of the reception. There are only a few spaces and it is in an open area. We therefore recommend that you book your parking space as soon as possible.     Alternatively, there is a covered public car park (payable) 3 minutes’ walk away, about 280m.

Are there lifts?
No, there are no lifts but we have an apartment suitable for disabled clients and several units on the ground floor ideal for clients with reduced mobility.

How much does it cost to rent pool towels?
A refundable deposit of €10 is required to use the pool towels.

How much does the cot for my baby cost?
Both the cot and the highchair are free of charge.

Is there a bus stop nearby?
They call it the Estación de Guaguas and it is a 2 min. walk,  about 180 m away.

Do you have a solarium?
Yes, we do. The solarium area is at the top of the building and has sun loungers and a shower.

Which are the booking conditions?
When you check-in at our establishments, it is NECESSARY that you present the documentation of all the people who will be staying, including children and babies. If they do not have an ID card, you can present the family book.

From what age do children count as part of the occupation?
Babies up to the age of 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 to 12 years of age (without turning 12) have a cost, and from 12 years of age onwards, they count as adults.

Is smoking allowed?
No, not in the apartments. But you can smoke in the common areas or on the terraces of the apartments.

What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the fare you choose. There is the Flexible, where you can cancel up to 14 days before, and the NON-refundable.

Can 3 people sleep in the apartments?
Yes, in that case we can put an extra bed (with supplement). Please contact us in advance to organize it.
