The designis as minimalistas it is comfortable in this 50 m² villa (on a single floor) where the subdued colours of the furniture blend with the predominant white of the walls.
When you enter, you are greeted by light in all the rooms. From the living-dining room with open kitchen to the spacious bedroom with twin beds, and into the bathroom with walk-in shower.
The spaciousness is felt in every villa, which has its own semi-private outdoor garden area or large balcony with cushioned sun loungers, table and chairs, ideal for closing the day with a candlelit open-air dinner.

What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 15:00 and check-out is at 11:00.
 

How much does parking cost?
The price is 10 €/day and on request. We suggest you book in advance.
 

Where is the car parking?
It is inside the hotel and spaces are limited. We therefore recommend you book yours as soon as possible.
 

How much does the cot for my baby cost?
Both the cot and the highchair are free of charge.
 

Is there a bus station nearby?
The bus stop is only 1 minute walk away, in the back street.
 

Which are the booking conditions?
When you check-in at our establishments, it is NECESSARY that you present the documentation of all the people who will be staying, including children and babies. If they do not have an ID card, you can present the family book.
 

From what age do children count as part of the occupation?
Babies up to the age of 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 to 12 years of age (without turning 12) have a cost of 50€ per day and from 12 years of age onwards, they count as adults, 50e per day
 

Is smoking allowed?
No, not in the villas. But you can do it in the common areas or on the individual terraces of the villas.
 

What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the fare you choose. There is Flexible, with which you can cancel up to 14 days in advance, and NON-refundable.
 

Can 3 people sleep in the villas?
Yes, in that case we can put an extra bed (with supplement). Please contact us in advance to organize it.
