What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is from 14:00 h and check-out is at 12:00 h.

Do you have a parking?
No. But we are sure that you find a place on the street, free of charge.

Do you accept pets?
At Alhambra Boutique Apartments we do not accept pets. However, our Eden Meloneras apartments are Dog Friendly during the winter season.

How much does it cost to rent pool towels?
A refundable deposit of €10 is required to use the pool towels.

Can 3 people sleep in the apartments?
Yes, in that case we can put an extra bed (with supplement). Please contact us in advance to arrange this.

Is there a bus station nearby?
The bus stop is only 3 min walk away.

Which are the booking conditions?
When you check-in at our establishments, it is NECESSARY that you present the documentation of all the people who will be staying,  including children and babies. If they do not have an ID card, you can present the family book.

From what age do children count as part of the occupation?
Babies up to the age of 2 years old are free of charge. Children from 2 to 12 years of age (without turning 12) have a cost, and from 12 years of age onwards, they count as adults.

How much does the cot for my baby cost?
Both the cot and the highchair are free of charge.

Is smoking allowed?
No, not in the apartments. But you can smoke in the common areas or on the terraces.

What is the cancellation policy?
It depends on the fare you choose. There is Flexible, with which you can cancel up to 14 days in advance, and NON-refundable.
